On Sunday, June 2, 2019, at approximately 8:00 AM, many local, county, and state law enforcement officers will participate in the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Illinois.

Due to roadway construction along Algonquin Road, the run will not start at the Barrington Hills Police Department. Those who wish to participate in the entire event should meet at Tri-County Trucks (2240 E. Algonquin Road, Algonquin). 

The run will end at Knox Park in McHenry. Come out and show your support as the Flame of Hope travels North on Illinois Route 31. Participants will make their way into Crystal Lake around 8:30 AM.
