City Code

The Crystal Lake City Code serves as the legislative policies by which the City of Crystal Lake is governed. The City Code is updated on a quarterly basis as new ordinances are adopted by the City Council.

Unified Development Ordinance

The Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) consolidates the various land development ordinances into one document to provide a single document rather than multiple, conflicting ordinances; a uniform set of consistent definitions; procedures that follow the normal sequence of development and a coordinated system for development review and enforcement.
