The Crystal Lake Police Department is divided into two Divisions: Operations and Administrative. The Department builds community partnership by upholding public trust, fostering mutual respect, and providing services to enhance Crystal Lake residents' quality of life.
Mission
The Crystal Lake Police Department is committed to providing the highest level of police services to the people who visit, live, and work in the City of Crystal Lake. By collaborating with our citizens, we will strive to enhance the quality of life by providing police services that cultivate public trust and are responsive to the needs of the community.
Lobby Hours
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Police Officers are available 24 hours a day. After lobby hours, phone at the door.
