2025 Pavilion Rental Update

While Three Oaks has had an online portal to reserve pavilions for quite some time now, we are excited to announce a new and improved portal! If you previously held an account from reserving a pavilion in prior years, you will need to create a new account for 2025. 

New this year is the ability to pay for your pavilion as you book online to complete your rental all at once. You will no longer need to wait for a request to be approved in order to make your payment.

Making a Reservation

The Picnic Grove Pavilion, Island Pavilion, Volleyball Court Pavilion, North Lake Pavilion, and Lake House Patio are reserved on a “first-come, first-served” basis. 

To reserve a pavilion, please take the following steps:

1. Create an account on the portal to access at any time.

2. Check pavilion availability on the calendar.
3. Book your pavilion and pay the deposit and rental fee.

Payment will only be accepted with a credit card. Both the pavilion deposit and rental fee are due at the time of the reservation.  The reservation is nontransferable. Use of someone else's address to receive discounted rates is not allowed and may result in a suspended account.

Online Pavilion Rental 

Reservations for 2025 will begin on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. for one day of online rental requests. Rental requests submitted online prior to 8:00 a.m. on January 2nd will not be accepted. 

After January 2nd, the rentals will open for instant booking and will no longer require needing to wait for your request to be approved by staff.

Our pricing structure remains the same. However, if renting Pavilion A, renters will notice they will be charged the $150 deposit and the maximum rental fee based on their residency. After the reservation, the deposit is refundable per the deposit refund policy. Additionally, the difference of the rental fee based on headcount will also be returned.

For example, a Crystal Lake resident with 70 guests would pay the $150 deposit and the maximum $180 rental fee, for a total of $330 due at the time of the reservation. After the rental, since the headcount fell into the 1-100 category, they would receive $70 of the rental fee back in addition to the $150 deposit.

Lake House Patio

Lake House Pricing
The Lake House Patio is available for reservation after Labor Day through mid-October. Lake House Patio Rental offers use of the beach for events such as weddings. Catering is allowed in the space, however grills and tents are not allowed at this location.
