Obtain Driver Exchange Information

Follow the following steps to obtain your information online. Please allow 3-5 days for the information to update on the website: 

1. Click here. 
2. Select the State of Illinois from the list of states.
3. Select the Crystal Lake Police Department from the agency drop down box. 
4. Click on the Driver Information Exchange Search, located near the top right of the screen.
5. Enter the requested information on the form (Fields 1-4). 
6. In Field 5, you have the choice to enter the report number, your driver's license number, or vehicle identification number. 
7. Check the "I'm not a robot" box and enter the information requested. 
8. A link for your exchange information will appear below the search button.
